BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are strongly recommended, especially during weekends, evenings, and festive periods. Walk-ins are accepted subject to stylist availability.

Consultation charges, if any, depend on the service and time involved. Our team will inform you clearly before proceeding.

Yes. Our recommendations are based on suitability and long-term benefit — not on sales targets.

HAIR SERVICES

Yes. We offer precision haircuts, styling, and complete hair makeovers planned through consultation.

Service duration depends on hair length, texture, and the type of service. Estimated timelines are shared during consultation.

HAIR COLOUR & HAIR TREATMENTS

We use premium, professional brands including L’Oréal and Kérastase, selected based on hair needs and service requirements.

When done professionally with correct techniques and aftercare guidance, damage is minimised. Hair health is always prioritised.

SKIN & FACIAL SERVICES

Yes. All skin services are consultation-led to ensure suitability for your skin type and concerns.

Yes. We offer customised bridal and occasion services including consultation.

We recommend booking well in advance to ensure proper planning and stylist availability.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

Prices for the same service may vary slightly by location, hair length, service complexity, and product usage. Final pricing is always shared during consultation.

We accept cash, UPI, and debit/credit cards.

ADVANCE BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

An advance booking amount is required for high-value services, high-demand stylists, time-intensive services, and bridal or occasion bookings.

The advance helps us reserve adequate time, resources, and stylist availability to deliver the service without compromise. Advance requirements, if applicable, are clearly communicated at the time of booking.

No. Advance booking amounts are non-refundable.

The advance amount is fully adjusted against your final bill at the time of payment.
For example, if you pay ₹2,000 in advance and your service bill is ₹5,000, you only need to pay ₹3,000 at checkout.

If the original service is not availed, the advance amount is not refunded. However, it can be utilised within 120 days against other salon services.

You may:

  • Book an appointment by calling 80013-80028 and inform the team about your existing advance, or

  • Walk in to any Bimals Hair Studio location and inform the salon manager before the service begins.

Services are subject to availability and consultation.

If not utilised within 120 days, the advance amount lapses and cannot be refunded or extended.

REFUNDS & SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

Salon services are generally non-refundable once started or completed.

Please inform the salon manager during or immediately after the service so the concern can be reviewed and addressed promptly.

Corrective services or adjustments may be considered after evaluation by the senior team, depending on the situation.

PRODUCTS & RETAIL

Yes. Products recommended during consultation may be available for purchase, subject to stock availability.

Opened or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
